Hello!
I wish I'd get it together and get on here and communicate more often with everyone! It seems really hard to find ANYONE who can get it. Anyways...
I have been really testing the whole antiinflammtory diet theory. I REALLY believe that our gut plays such an enormous roll on our immune system. Currently in school learning about the immune system and what happens on a cellular level to us when we eat said such inflammatory foods. I am amazed how eating clean makes me feel so great and slipping up makes me feel so bad.
Lately ive strayed.. eating gluten, dairy, sugar, and everything in between. And I feel it.. severe heart burn, increasing muscle pain, extreme fatigue, swelling, and occasionally shortness of breath.
This video I follow with the dr alot online. It has alot to offer if you're looking for an outlet a way to see if you can have control with how you feel.

I’ve since been on some heavy medication and I feel much better. I will probably bring that diet back into my plan going further.
But using a little more moderation as I went too crazy before and lost too much weight.
The one thing I have stuck with is all of the vitamins that my natural practitioner advised.
If the diet is working and you’re not having progressive pain or crazy lab work, that’s awesome !!
