Aerobic exercise is impossible, I cough too hard. I can do 15-minute my dumb-bell workout and my crunches-- it's a short workout with heavy weights-- twice a week, and I can walk the dogs for 20 minutes, but I have to sleep a lot.
And yeah, getting too much rest is definitely bad, does not help. What is usually perfect is 7 or 8 hours of sleep, an hour nap, and 20 minutes of meditation. But I need way more than that now.
The dogs basically think I am another dog at this point... we all just lie around. I'm acting a bit like a dog sometimes as well.
My wife now has this cold as well, and we have not started fighting yet, but if we both are indoors much longer, it's inevitable.
