Planning on a meditative run at lunch today...need to cleanse my head.
Have a peaceful day!
Yep, I was up every hour too, but woke up feeling loose and relatively pain free-- and then I reached dowwn to transfer clothes from washer to the dryer and my heart rate shot up for about 5 minutes like I had run a marathon--- am watching VH1 on the couch, lol.
*hugs*
I got up early with my son, then straight to the gym again.. I did take two guarana to help me, and it did! I managed 150 leg presses and 150 crunches in my workout (ok, really low weights lol)- woohoo! Don't know if it is ok to take the guarana, but it really, really helped with my exhaustion today. Then I went and did a bit of retail therapy.. so a good day so far! About to start dinner (it's nearly 5pm here) and read some more of Charlie & The great Glass Elevator with my son.. lol
Happiness & pain-free days to all :)
Tomorrow I go to the Neurologist. Hopefully he can shed some light on some of my recent symptoms. Most likely I will just end up with some new tests....at least I don't think there will be any homework..:)
Kristin, good luck with your son's license.
Jamie- hope you feel better soon.
Healing thoughts to all.....

Melissa: Try Rhodiola instead of Guarana. Used by the Swiss olympic team for two hundred years or something, much safer, doesn't increase blood pressure-- that's the danger of Guarana. However, you may have to try several varieties of Rhodiola, some barely work. It was a godsend when I was working for mid-afternoon brain fog, and really helped with workouts, too. If you're doing something like body-boarding, it helps you be alert enough to read the waves right without risking a cramp. Of course, be VERY careful, ask your doctor, start with a half dose, etc.
JM, sorry about those cramps, what a pain. Oddman, just take a long walk at lunch if that's all you can do, much better than nothing! Z and I walked over a mile through the hills yesterday, helped my leg a bit.
