Last night, I ran for 20 min and biked for 20 min. Good workout!

Matt I love to go camping my husband hates it he is only a golfer. When we were dating I made him take me on a date to lie out under the stars he started complaining the moment we got thee and when he got on the blanket he jumped up at ran for the truck because he felt bugs on him wuss. ha I need to take my self camping again. Dallas kepp your chin up I am sending good thoughts your way today. Have a less Pain day everyone Jamie
Good morning, all--
WRK, that's a huge workout! I swam 20 minutes yesterday, felt awful, barely got through it, shoulder killing me, and walked the dog for 20, I think it did help. I am recovering from the physical stress of camping, low sleep, and sun exposure, but I seem to be slowly bouncing back...
Josee, have a great trip to Quebec! Never been, but everyone tells me it's great, particularly my friends who speak French...
JM, yes, my wife hates camping. The first time we went, we had only been going out about six months, and we were woken up by children yelling at 6:00 AM. I didn't want to be a jerk and make a fuss. She woke up calmly, yawned, stuck her head out of the tent... and very firmly told the children to be quiet and play quietly in their tent. We heard scattered applause throughout the campground, and all fell back asleep!
Dallas, yes, the brain fog can really be something else. I was over at Mike's house last night, and reached down to pick up something that I had dropped-- and I couldn't even remember what it was. Like, I'm looking under the couch, and I can't even remember what I'm looking for! (It came to me eventually-- guitar pick.) Hang in there, great to hear from you as always...
Best,
Catalyzt
Josee, have a great time in Quebec.
Wrkn - you are a great example of keeping up with the exercise.
Cat, looking at the stars sounds like it was an awsome experience. For me, the thing that seems to bring peace to my soul is to sit on the beach (hopefully on an overcast day) and just listen to the waves roll in. As to camping, I did it a lot as a youth, but have gotten out of the habit--I blame it on the Sleep Apnea. :) Now that I have a battery for my CPAP I have to admit that I just prefer to sleep on a mattress....I prefer to visit nature ...and then go back to a hotel...:)
To those of you who are hurting today, my sympathy and prayers.
Hope you all have a good day.
