I also have gastrointestinal involvement in scleroderma with reflux and what helped me was changing the diet to paleo autoimmune, it is quite radical, but eliminating gluten suger and milk makes a very big difference.
Thank you very much for share your experiences .I will look at this . I have been eliminated gluten, surger,milk and chocolate.
The bad lack is i am allergic or intolerance of some meet ,veges.but couldn't work out. I am on eliminating track. Hopefully I can get some answers.

For the allergy nose i have been use antihistamine but it make my mouth and eyes more dry. Its hard to make balance.
