It could be Psoriasis. I get it on my elbows and hands. They itch like crazy. Before I was diagnosed, I went to Mexico and tanned on the beach for a week and got the worst Psoriasis I have ever had on my hands. I had prescription medication, but it seems to have gone into remission because I have not had an episode in about 5 years.
