Over the past several months I have been getting bumps on my elbows and knees. They itch at first but then calm down as they go away. It's always only in these two areas and seems to flare up like other autoimmune flares. I have them now and they aren't going away like usual. Has anyone else experienced this? I looked online but came up with a ton of different things. I did see something that was called psoriatic arthritis. I have rheumatoid arthritis. Just looking for thoughts/feedback if anyone has anything - have a FAB weekend everyone!!!

Could be exczema. Try putting some sort of exczema lotion on it and see if that helps. I get little patches like that sometimes and Aveeno baby exczema lotion helps.

I get little skin colored or white bumps that make me want to rip my skin off. They aren't isolated to my elbows and knees though.

Hi,

It could be Psoriasis. I get it on my elbows and hands. They itch like crazy. Before I was diagnosed, I went to Mexico and tanned on the beach for a week and got the worst Psoriasis I have ever had on my hands. I had prescription medication, but it seems to have gone into remission because I have not had an episode in about 5 years.
