Take it slow. Get some rest, review the symptoms one by one, when they started, if they got worse after you started on the drugs.
Which meds are you on and when did you start? If you've been into them more than 90 days, might be worth a re-think. Vent here, rest, consult with doctor, rinse, repeat as needed.
I have never had mouth symptoms beyond bad cavities, and only a few lesions in my nose, they were not painful. Sending positive thoughts your way.

Also, Ambusol on the lesions is a short term help. And do not eat foods that burn, like tomatoes or salty stuff.
