Hey all,
just wondering if anyone has back muscle pain when they get cold? I was out yesterday decorating my urns with greenery....it was mild in the low 60's......when I came in my back had seized up and no amount of heat would help. I ended up taking a muscle relaxer and advil and strapping on a hotpack and going to bed.
It's a bit better today, I'm keeping warm wrapped up on the couch, but the temps are dropping and I have to go out later.
Any suggestions or comments?

Just wondering if anyone else had experienced it.
It has been 2 days since then and the worst of it is over but my back feels like someone used me for a punching bag.....it feels bruised and stiff.
Did the stretching and hot packs......LOL can't layer too much, cause then I'll get a hot flash and have to strip down!
