Marijuana Addiction & Recovery Support Group
This community is dedicated to those looking to overcome their addiction to marijuana, a drug produced from parts of the cannabis plant. Join the group to find support among people who are also looking to cease their habit of smoking marijuana, share your experience, and get advice. It's not easy to kick the habit, but together we can.

You sound like you want to quit, and that's the most important element in achieving it. No one can stop you but you.
Accept that quitting is going to be awful, and move onward. After you detox and rehabituate you'll feel like so much better.
It is an active process. Just sitting around and waiting to feel better doesn't cut it. You need to retrain yourself to operate without herbal aid, and that can really test you. You'll feel empty, lackluster, and many shades of shyte. But once you get your body chemistry back in balance your going to feel great about what you've accomplished!
Obviously with your bipolar disorder, that balancing act might involve complications I can't speak too, but I'm sure your nurse will be able to give you some helpful information.
Also, and I might be preaching to the quire here (you look to be in shape judging from your image), proper diet and exercise are essential. Great for body chemistry, great for occupying time which was previously used for smoking.
For sure there are many of other alternatives to weed.
Please keep coming back to this group, and keep us posted!
