I am not a member here and have read some things, I am not a smoker, but I am around a lot of people who smoke all the time, my honey has smoked since he was in 5th grade, non stop. He is quitting cold turkey.
I am here for support, and to see how I can support my honey, he is having headaches, and fever. Last night I massaged his head, and put an ice pack on his head and back to cool him down. And I called just now to check on him and he was asleep.
I also want to know what to expect, what are some of the withdrawal symptoms that he will go through.
Just a lot of questions going through my head, what can I do to be of support to him?
I suggested he go to the clinic and be honest with what he is doing, and that he is quitting cold turkey and that they would be of great support to him quitting, but he denied that. I know I can't make him do anything he doesn't want to do, so I quit talking about it.
I've seen my family members going through withdrawals from coke, meth, alcohol, but never MJ. So I am totally in the dark about this one. Is it the same?
I hope I am in the right support group for questions I am asking. Any help is appreciated.

I guess that's some other advice I can offer. Relapses happen sometimes, doesn't mean we don't want to quit. Good luck and your 'honey' is lucky to have your support!
