unfortunately seattle is long way from UK, or id come with you.
not sure id be able to get a visa for USA, with drug convictions on my criminal record.

I can just imagine having the US customs guard ask:

I was told today the hotel lowered the hotel rates by $20 each due to the economy, to generate business.

I am considering going. It amazes me I'm at a place where I can kind of afford it. My first convention was 4 years ago and was also my first MA meeting and was life changing. I've been to a couple since. They are really cool.
