Usually with my son he eats so much I have to make a double meal 1/2 is for the rest of us and he eats that much.
We hide some of the more prized food, no offense if he is going to eat a lot its not going to be a tub of ice cream, if they are in an active growing stage they still need to be eating right, otherwise its just going to leech it from other areas. That was also our way of seeing if he was hungry or just binging. We have a small fridge in the garage we keep locked for the goodies, but he is welcome to as much fruits, veggies and grains as he wants and every dinner I cook extra meat so its there if he wants to snack on it, and if not I use it in the next meal. For Lunch he can eat up to 4 sandwiches, I dont know where it goes cause he is still skin and bones...lol
