Lymphedema is a condition of localized fluid retention caused by a compromised lymphatic system. The lymphatic system (often referred to as the body's "second" circulatory system) collects and filters the interstitial fluid of the body. Lymphedema has been barely recognized as being a serious health problem; however, this is slowly changing due to education and awareness.

I did a good job of getting my weight and lymphedema down, but after losing over 100 lbs., I've been stuck at a plateau for two years. A neighbor got me started with Herbalife. It is expensive, but I have lost 11 lbs. in less than two months. I am starting to have hope that I can get down to a more "normal" weight

just wondering if Herbalife could benefit others having the same issues.... http://www.herbalife.com/global

Hi,
How did you get off so much weight? My weight goes up and down with all this fluid on me. I started using V3 in May. Its a new company that I got from a friend. But I've lost about 16 lbs. so far. Hoping I can keep going. Its expensive too. I have used Herbalife years ago. This company is voyager health technologies. I joined the company so that I could buy the pills cheaper. I almost quit coming to this group because no one is here anymore. But I'm desperate for help too!!

the weight didn't start coming off until I got a back and foot massager that I use several times a day in addition to biking and portion control.... i also bike on a three wheel bike every day... it took months to really see results but I believe it may be possible for others, too. I started with a little foot pedal bike when my left leg was enormous and I broke 2 of those. I was up to over 380 lbs. at the worst and now I weigh 241 lbs.!

Maybe I should try that foot pedal bike too. My right leg is huge. Can't really lift it. My top weight was 394, finally got down to 372. I've used diet pills and water pills. I've also been accepted to go to the Mayo Clinic for help. I also believe that portions is a problem for me too. But since I've started losing weight now, I'm more aware of the foods that I"m eating and how much.
