Compression garments should not be worn at night, but you may be able to wrap at night. I am not able to, my feet swell some at night before draining by morning. Either way, no compression stockings at night—it usually says that on the package.

I stick with the knee highs because I cannot get the thigh highs to stay up. Wish I could as I think I need compression through the legs. Others may have better news on that front.

Have you had ultrasounds your leg veins? My doctor suggested I see a leg vein specialist for my swollen legs. I did. They found I had 5 veins in my legs with insuffient flow. I underwent ablation (5 days, one vein each day) as an outpatient. After 2 months not only did the leg swelling stop, but my high blood pressure vanished. I was able to stop both my blood pressure medications. I had to wear compression stocking prior to the procedures, putting thigh-high stockings on before getting out of bed in the morning was an Olympic event. I hope you find relief from the swelling,
