being tested for Lyme, I have ???s

Hiya! I have been sick for 2 or maybe 3 weeks--started as cold intolerance-chills without fever, then to body aches, weakness, dizziness and nausea. At first they treated me for a sinus/ear infection. that cleared up but the rest of the body symptoms stayed. now they are thinking odd flu or maybe lyme--so they tested.

but here are my questions...I had been on amoxil and augmention 875 for a week before the test--would Lyme even show up after that>

and when they test for "Lyme" do they also test the other tick borne illnesses.....I had ticks literally jumping out of my hanging plants on top of me last spring--but not sure if they were deer or dog...

If your in Canada yes because they don't test properly and any antibiotic will effect the Eliza test. In the US they do Western Bloc and I had been on months of k-flex (penicillin based) and still showed positive on IGenex. You can also do all tick borne illnesses through Igenex to be sure. Before you buy anything from a charlatan you should see a Lyme Literate MD.
Think of Lyme as a disease that doesn't want to kill you. It needs you alive to survive. the co infections are what really kick your butt!! Your mind your heart everything is affected.
