Lupus Support Group
Lupus is an auto-immune disease in which the immune system cannot distinguish between threats (like viruses and bacteria), and healthy cells and tissue. As a result, the body produces antibodies that inflict cell damage, most commonly targeting joints, skin, kidneys and the nervous system. Join the group and find support for coping with lupus.

Rest, eat properly (even if you don't feel like it) and try not to get in knots over it.
This week Hubby worked 48 hrs at a job he hates, to keep the insurance.
I worked 40, amazed at my accomplishment, and slept the rest. I'm exhausted.
No need for concern.
Fatigue is common with this disease but if it continues to be really bad, have your blood work done to make sure you arent anemic or something else is going on. For me, there is a difference in being tired and lethargic. The lethargic tired is unbearable for me especially since I have a toddler.
Hope you are feeling better.
Hugs
