Lupus Support Group
Lupus is an auto-immune disease in which the immune system cannot distinguish between threats (like viruses and bacteria), and healthy cells and tissue. As a result, the body produces antibodies that inflict cell damage, most commonly targeting joints, skin, kidneys and the nervous system. Join the group and find support for coping with lupus.

This seems to best for me. Maybe it will help you too. Good luck and sending you hugs.....
I keep a sheet of paper to tick when I have taken each new tablet on the kitchen fridge. This way I can keep an accurate check on what I have taken. That is if I remember to actually place a tick on the paper. Confused? Yes well so am I. There has got to be a better way but it seems to be very hard when your medication is changing so much.
Of course you have to remember to do it for it to work ;).... having a routine helps, always take your meds at the same time every day or after a certain thing in your routine - for example right after breakfast, or whatever works for you.
