Lupus Support Group
Lupus is an auto-immune disease in which the immune system cannot distinguish between threats (like viruses and bacteria), and healthy cells and tissue. As a result, the body produces antibodies that inflict cell damage, most commonly targeting joints, skin, kidneys and the nervous system. Join the group and find support for coping with lupus.

- eat more fresh fruits, vegetables and omega 3, vitamin foods, such as broccoli, spinach, blueberries, kiwi
Though lupus flares come and go randomly, you still reduce them by healthy lifestyles and diets
Thanks for your useful tips. Lupus flares are terrible. I'm trying to reduce stress but it's not easy. I don't know why I always feel sad and want to cry though that isn't a big problem. Luckily, I get used to sharing troubles with my friends, so I hope it helps me reduce pressure and bad thinking. But I can't eat some kinds of vegetables and fruits. I wonder whether I can reduce lupus symptoms without fruits or vegetables
