I have terrible dry skin to a point is cracks and bleeds. I also can get severe eczema. There are a few other annoying rashes. They drying hard skin can be painful.
You may want to try aquaphor for your extremely dry areas on the skin. It works really well for me. Even my dermatologist recommends it. Its over the counter and sold everywhere. Its a bit pricey but well worth it.
