Lower leg pain

Does anyone have pain in their lower leg. It feels like the pain is in my bone. There is no pain when my leg is touched but it aches especially at night. I have to ease into walking after sitting due to stiffness. Any thoughts would be appreciated

I have pain in my leg but it is due to varicose veins and reflux in my veins as well as other vascular issues. I wear compression stocking which usually help. It feels like the pain comes from deep within my leg but not the bone. My condition was diagnosed with Doppler ultrasound. Good luck!

How did you know that it wasn't Lupus pain and that you needed to see a vein specialist. I'm not sure if it is the bone or nerves etc. If I saw a specialist every time something hurt, I would have 2 knee replacements, new ankle, hands,

I have this pain from the knee down and in my feet. This was my first sign of pain until being diagnosed with fibro. It is very bad now and nothing seems to help it but heat. My neurologist tested me and I have small fiber neuropathy. It is a fast biopsy, I highly recommend getting it just to know. The statistics show that a lot of people with fibro have small fiber neuropathy. Good luck

I had the symptoms before my lupus and my dr said it was sounded typical for vein issues and I have family history of it so I had the ultrasound, basically at some points the blood flowed back a bit which causes blood to pool and pain. The compression stockings help a lot. B vitamins are supposed to be good for small fiber neuropathy. Good luck!

Before my diagnosis, I had bone, muscle, and joint pain. It took awhile, but was diagnosed with myositis (muscle), osteoporosis (bone), and then lupus (joints). Prednisone and a gluten-free diet helped with myositis and lupus, but prednisone worsened the osteo. However, vitamin d3, calcium, magnesium, strontium citrate, and vitamin k2 added another layer of help, especially for the osteo. Hopefully you and your doctor will determine what is wrong and what will help you. Best wishes.
