I am so sorry you are feeling so sad today. You really have your hands ful don't you. I have had the low grade fever and fatique badly for last three months and its horrid. The fever and the pain and swelling is getting better last few days. Just in time for my rhuemy appoint. Hang in there hon. We have those days and some have it worse like you right now. hugs marilyn

Today has been a day of constant pain, i know exactly how you feel- hang in there. i feel just the way you do at this moment sad i should be sleeping but am in so much pain i cannot sleep. please see someone about your depression that can spiral out of control we are going to have good days and bad days. please hang in there.

Are you on a antidepressant? I take Cymbalta.....my depression got so bad from being ill, my doctor put me on it. It helps, but when you are going through the pain like you are now...it just don't seam to be enough. You vent here anytime.....we have all been there & we know how tough it can be. I wish i could give you a hug & make you feel better right now......hang in there & know that we are all here for you.

Mary, Oh how I can relate. I want you to know your not alone and I have a VERY active 2 year old. Just like Deb, my Rhumy put me on Cymbalta and it has helped with my Depression that I never had before being so ill. It took a toll on my mind, body and spirit. I have been on it for a little over 2 months and my husband and I notice a change for the positive. I still have pain at times, but my "outlook" is a little brighter and on those really tough days, I am learning to breathe, slow down and just take it hour by hour if I have to. I am newly diagnosed with something like Lupus so I have the same symptoms. On the good days, I just remember and am thinking of starting a GOOD DAY journal so on those hell days..I can read it and know that the good days will return once again. I am so happy you posted. You helped me and I hope we all here made you feel a little better. Many hugs! xx

Mary, I hope you are feeling better---this is so tough!!!! I can relate to the way you feel, I hurt so bad. I also have young children and it is so frustrating to not be able to function!!!
Can I ask you about your liver? I recently have had high liver enzymes along with tons of other factors... What kind of liver problem did you have?
Also have you checked your b-12 levels and your vitamin D level? Also make sure you are not iron deficient----I had all of the above and the fatigue was killing me---I practicaly could not move! The pain was intense. Can you please let me know about your liver? thanks---and hang in there! I just joined this site and its so nice to see that so many wonderful people are willing to lend an ear. You aren't alone, we all have these times...I agree with Ann and Deb, please talk to your doctor(s) about the depression and the joint pain. You may not get total relief, but it will give you enough to just keep going.

I like many others am having a rough time of it .....it does get better, we just have to learn to do a little, sit a little, not beat ourselves up about what we can't do, give ourselves time to re-charge and keep going....one wonky step at a time....love, light and peace.
