Lupus Support Group
Lupus is an auto-immune disease in which the immune system cannot distinguish between threats (like viruses and bacteria), and healthy cells and tissue. As a result, the body produces antibodies that inflict cell damage, most commonly targeting joints, skin, kidneys and the nervous system. Join the group and find support for coping with lupus.

Everyone I know who has some kind of autoimmune condition has these dental issues as well, that's why I don't think this is a symptom of a specific condition, just part of autoimmune. Something many of us share.
I use eye drops for eyes when it gets bad (not all the time, and please remember to get a fresh bottle of eye drops every month)
For my teeth, I try to do my best to keep them clean. Brushing teeth, mouthwash etc.
Every now and then, I need to combat the gum infection with antibiotics.
