Lupus Support Group
Lupus is an auto-immune disease in which the immune system cannot distinguish between threats (like viruses and bacteria), and healthy cells and tissue. As a result, the body produces antibodies that inflict cell damage, most commonly targeting joints, skin, kidneys and the nervous system. Join the group and find support for coping with lupus.

Btw. I am feeling better. I kept on eating well, exercising and got a lot of rest this weekend. Thanks so much for giving me insight. I'm off now to research lupus fog
I hope everyone has a nice painless evening.

Hang in there - especially when you are tired. Do something special to spoil yourself like take a long relaxing bath.
I find a heating pad (and now a heating blanket) help get me past that cold that doesn't go away. Of course you have to sit still long enough to feel the heat. Exercise really helps too.
Good luck and take it one day at a time.
