What ever you call them I got them so bad last night I was up all night, does anyone have a good way to get them to stop at night so I can sleep, I went to water aerobics today and they do feel better, I go to water aerobics 3 days a week and I am doing so much better!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was told to get up and start walking right away, no matter how much it hurts, but I haven't had any lately so I can't tell you if it works. sorry I can't be much help

Muscle relaxers are the only thing that helps when I get them for long periods of time. Take care!

Are you on plaquenil? That should help. Also eating a banana is good for leg cramps/charley horse. Have your potassium checked if they get worse. Good luck.........

when my Mom was in the hospital she had leg cramps so bad! One Dr. told her to pull her toes in toward legs (does that make sense?) it really works!

Hi! from sunny Queensland, I have been using "endep medication" and that works good for me, still have days when I circle the bed and can't get out.You may need extra calcium ?

I have excessive itching and rashes.I was allergoc to plaquenil and roxicodone. I hope it does not take long to be out of the systoms. Are you drink water not ice water just water room temperature and you may need your potassium checked
Water helps cramps.

potassium It may mean you need to see your doctor becuase that can cause cramping too. My prayers are with you
