Cellcept and Cymbalta

I was started on Cellcept and Cymbalta a few days ago. I am feeling so tired, dizzy, and shakey. I changed the Cymbalta to taking at bedtime instead of the morning hoping that would help. I keep telling myself to give it time and these side effects will get better. Have any of you experienced this?

I haven't taken Cellcept but I've been on Cymbalta for a few years. I remember feeling all the symptoms you are asking about. I learned to take Cymbalta at night because it made me so tired. The dizziness and shaking will get better. I took a pill every other day for a couple of weeks to gradually introduce it into my system (since it comes in a capsule I couldn't cut it in half), then I went up to a regular capsule every night. Did the doctor start you out on 30 mg?

Yes, she started me on 30 mg for 2 weeks and
then will bump me up to 60 mg. She gave me samples to start out with. She said if I feel better on the 30, she will change me back when I see her in a month. I just feel like crap sometimes and it's hard for me to tell if it's my meds or lupus.
