Lupus Support Group
Lupus is an auto-immune disease in which the immune system cannot distinguish between threats (like viruses and bacteria), and healthy cells and tissue. As a result, the body produces antibodies that inflict cell damage, most commonly targeting joints, skin, kidneys and the nervous system. Join the group and find support for coping with lupus.
Have you or can you get examined by a gastro specialist to establish what might be going on. Lupus can mess with almost any aspect of our bodies can't it.
Also I strictly adhere to taking a digestive enzyme at least once a day & a probiotic after I eat. I know in my heart that these two items make a major difference.
Here's an idea also. Have you tried starting with basic soups, say chicken soups & stuff & work from there. I go thru periods where I have to make sure I stick to lower fibre foods & listen to what my body wants & when. You might want to stay away fr stuff thats too acidic & too seasoned & when you feel more stable branch out fr there.
Am I making any sense here. I feel like I'm rambling, I sure hope not.
Please know I hand up to our Lord a prayer that his loving grace will guide you to a much better place.
Please feel free to contact me if there's any even little ways I can offer help.
