Hi Barbara, I am taking Cymbalta as well, I must tell you not only has it helped with the tingling it has help to make me a little more relaxed. I am also taking Lyrica 150m 2x a day. Tingling is getting better but I am starting to think that it is because of the muscle relaxers and my wkly dose of MTX. The cymbalta has not caused any problems with my vision. Unfortunately, vision problems are the #1 reported side effect for Cymbalta. If you had blurry vision with Lyrica you'll probably have it as bad or worse with Cymbalta. It's a matter of whether you can stand it.

I couldn't, because I could no longer see to drive. It was a bad mistake for the doctor to prescribe it because I have a history of retina problems. If you have a history of retina detachment or tears please don't take Cymbalta . . . . . .

Some people can take cymbalta but do be aware of all the side effects. hugs marilyn

I've been on Cymbalta for just over two years now and I haven't had any problems. I does seem to help with my anxiety, I'm not sure that I've noticed a difference in the pain.

Hi everyone, my husband has been on cymbalta for about 2 or 3 yrs it works great for him and he doesnt seem to notice anything with his eyes, not at this stage anyway, but like all drugs side effects are different from person to person, wolfgang said it is #1 with vision problems, very true! I've been taking Cymbalta for almost a year now and I like it. It's helped me with mood/depression but not so much with pain. As far as blurred vision - I take Plaquenil as well as Cymbalta and Plaquenil definitely affects vision so I can't tell if it's the Plaquenil or the Cymbalta doing it.
