Lupus Support Group
Lupus is an auto-immune disease in which the immune system cannot distinguish between threats (like viruses and bacteria), and healthy cells and tissue. As a result, the body produces antibodies that inflict cell damage, most commonly targeting joints, skin, kidneys and the nervous system. Join the group and find support for coping with lupus.

It's a "catch 22"..you stay in bed too long,you're sore,if you don't rest,you're sore...you will find your balance...hope you feel better soon..
BTW...I also am D deficient, and have to take the 50,000 units monthly and take a super B complex...but the rest I can't really absorb because of my Chrohn's issues..take care, edie
