Are some better than others? What are the best and worst brands or models. My friend has been traveling to Boston when the hospital in her hometown in Maine insists its machine will yield the same results. The "tattoos" and dosage and frequency have been determined by Boston and would be followed in Maine. Please help.
Sorry your friend has to go through this. My husband just finished 20 radiation treatments. I do not know about the brand of machine but I would be curious why Boston has not referred her to a facility that is closer. Perhaps she can ask her radiation onocologist that question.
