Low Self Esteem Community Group
This group is for people who need support from other DS members to help boost their self-esteem.
My physical appearance plays a huge role in my self-esteem. It pretty much plays the only role when it comes to how I feel and how confident I am. It controls my WHOLE ENTIRE life! The past three months I've gone through extreme weight gain, 45lbs. and it's difficult to lose it. I feel disgusting and don't even want to step outside my house.

I think you connect with the right people you will feel better about yourself. I think that until you feel comftable with yourself you won't be able to loose weight.

I feel the same way it is hard when you don't like the way you look the rest of your life just does not feel right. I have started to go see a therapist. It is amazing what you can tell a stranger and not your own family. I hate myself most of the time but i think this and therapy may help. you need continued support. You just have to take it one day at a time.
