worry about other people chasing the SO

so i was wondering how do you guys stop yourself from worrying about other girls. i completely trust my SO and know that he wouldn't cheat on me. but he has at least one girl chasing him where he is studying and in his words he makes it extremely clear to everyone including her that he is very much taken. and as he says he puts out a "no touchy touchy vibe", so i trust him. however i worry about the girl, because i know the lengths girls go to, to get what they want.

I worry about this one particular girl because she herself has cheated on her own fiance (also in LDR as she is in carribbean med school and her partner is in canada) multiple times, so clearly she has no problem with cheating.

I know there will always be women chasing my SO because he is nice and pilot and tall and handsome, I don't worry that he will ever cheat. but how do you stop from worrying about what the girl will do in order to get what she wants?

(I did tell him to be careful, and to not spend alone time with her, and he said he wouldn't and that he would be careful)

It's all about trust, I think. Trust in your love. Trust in him. If something is going to happen, it will happen. There are always other people around in that sense...meaning, if he's going to do it...he will. But he sounds like he has reassured you and you have faith in him...just not her. And that's understandable...but don't let your mistrust in other women weasel their way between you two. Trust is not always a given, but if you have it with him and all that? Awesome. Enjoy your relationship for what it is. You say you don't worry? So don't. Until it is warranted.

This mindset really isn't something anyone can fix but you. You just have to trust in him and your relationship and go from there. It sounds like you have a good guy and nothing to worry about; don't rock the boat.

When my SO and I met, he was on tour and rarely around. I consider this time one of the best and look back on it with fond memories because it was alot of fun. I trust him completely and never had to worry about the other girls that were throwing themselves at the band like morons.

Trust in what you have; everyone else just doesn't matter.
