Does anyone have any Tips on how to manage your fights when someone is 2,500km away from you. Ive been reading up on some healthy ways to communicate but no one seems to talk about how to difuse a fight when you cant see the person..

The great thing I’ve found in a LDR and fighting is that you aren’t forced to be in the same room as your S/O. Take some time to let the argument cool off, take a breath and give them and yourself some time to think about what the issue is and if it’s really worth the fight. That way when you get back to them the conversation is more calm and civilized.
Usually after all things are said and done during a fight some regrets are made and things were left out. It’s kind of like proofreading a rough draft of a story and making sure you hand in a perfect final copy. I hope this helped and I wasn’t rambling too much... good luck xo
