ok so ive been with this girl who lives in NY while im in north carolina which is why im posting here. but anyway we dated for two months over the summer and broke up because we just kinda drifted apart. then we got back together at the end of october and we talked almost everyday, but then she started telling me she had to go somewhere or her mom needed her every time i talked to her and she always promised to call me back and NEVER did. I just got fed up last week when she did it and decided to not call her anymore unless she calls me first. its been a week now and my birthday was sunday and all my friends but her wished me a happy bday on sunday and she still hasnt talked to me.My question is should i wait this out any longer or should i confront her and end the relationship?
It does sound like she's avoiding you or thinking of excuses. Not acknowledging your birthday must have been very painful. Distance relationships are so tricky..many things are left unsaid because talk time is precious. But I think you have the right to confront her about why she seems to be avoiding you. Go with your gut, chances are it's the right feeling.
