Hello all I am new to this group...I have recently became engaged to a man that stays in a different country than I do..we have talked about feeling out the fiance visa so that he can come here and we can get married..my question is do I need a lawyer to do this? How long will it take? Costs? I would appreciate any advice or info from anyone who has been through this process before or know about the process.
*Additional info: I have been to the country twice that he currently lives in and I have emails, pics and phone records to show how much interaction we have had..and we have been talking almost over 6 months now.
