He doesn't deserve you hun, nobody deserves to be treated like that.
Best not to be in a relationship with a guy with a wandering eye and who acts on it.
1).........I agree with the others, you deserve to be #1 in a partner's life. A partner loves you, you will be #1 in his life, he won't be comparing you to others, he won't want to be with another to see who he likes better, he will already know you are the one he wants to be with.
2).......I see by your profile you're 16 years old. How old is your b/f? I'm assuming he's also young, in his teens? In his defense, being that young, he might not know what he wants in a partner, in a relationship yet, who he wants to be with for the rest of his because neither of you have experienced an adult relationship or an adult life yet. He's still finding out who he is, what he wants for his life and figuring all that out includes finding out what he wants in a relationship and a life partner.
My advice, let him go, let him date others and you do the same. You might find after dating others that he's not what you wanted either. Young love is wonderful, it's exciting, it's new but it's very different from adult love because we're different people when we're adults than when we were teens. Our wants and needs change as we grow in many ways including what we want in a partner and in a relationship.
