I'm sorry to hear that this is happening. I don't think you're overthinking. I think that couples who leave the honey moon phase can still be lovey, affectionate, call each other pet names, still be romantically active with one another, etc. I think it could be best to talk to him about it head-on. I think that people can become extremely defensive if you question them on their faithfulness, so if you go the route of talking to him about that, I'd suggest proceeding with caution (but don't walk on eggshells). In my experience, especially with distance, communication is key. If you feel like you two are out of step with one another, it can be really beneficial to bring it up.
