Loneliness is an emotional state in which a person experiences a powerful feeling of emptiness and isolation. In order to achieve this we must place ourselves within the reach of others. We must be somewhere other than our house. We must research for different options where we can go to meet people. We must overcome shyness and believe in ourselves enough so that others also believe in us. I know you are a wonderful human-being and hope that you give others the chance to see who you are so they can be a part of your life. thanks for listening.

People can be alone, yet not feel lonely. People can be with family, or a group of people, and STILL feel lonely.
I am alone, but I rarely feel lonely because I am too busy and have more pressing things to worry about. The last few months I've been reading ebooks like crazy, and am kicking myself in the arse because it took me so long to discover the joy of ebooks in the dark, at night, when the critters are all sound asleep. I wouldn't trade my alone time with my books to be with people for all the tea in China. This is just the best!
My point is that keeping your mind engaged = less time fretting about things. Not fretting is healthier than fretting is.
Happy New Years, guys!
