Loneliness Support Group
Loneliness is an emotional state in which a person experiences a powerful feeling of emptiness and isolation. Loneliness is more than the feeling of wanting company or wanting to do something with another person. Loneliness is a feeling of being cut off, disconnected and alienated from other people. You might have family and friends around but you are not feeling connected.
Your profile states that you're 18. Has something happened at school in the last year that might have contributed to this feeling? Or perhaps as you mature, you're finding you're not that in tune with the people around you. Not your fault. Not their fault. You might need to search for new friendships that fulfill you more.
But do appreciate the people you have that you say love and care for you. You might not feel a strong connection to them right now, but you have a support system there. That's something to be very grateful for.
You're amongst many here that feel lonely and will relate.
Take care.

Is there a way around it?
1) 'We can ameliorate this loneliness by sympathizing with and loving others, but we never clearly see the world from their point of view nor they from ours. I’ve had good friends, loving parents and children, but even they don’t know me nor do I know them completely. Even my wife and I, loving companions for almost forty years, remain partly mysterious to each other.' https://reasonandmeaning.com/2018/04/01/a-life-of-solitude-kahlil-gibran/'
2) Jesus said, "I will not leave you as orphans.' So, with Jesus always with you, you will never BE alone. But you may FEEL alone from time to time.
3) According to mystics of all religions there is a pinnacle experience of Unity with the Divine or Oneness etc. where the individual self or ego is extinguished for a bit...in that experience it is impossible to feel alone or lonely...because there is no separate self to feel that way. That's what I reckon anyway.
