You say you have no voice to speak. Is that due to a stroke or other ailment? If so, there are devices to help with that and one is where you type in and it prints out the words. The other is a device that you can program in some buttons to say some common phrases and it will actually speak. Some organizations could help you with that.
If you are indeed without a physical voice, and are not speaking metaphorically, there are independent living centers that can help also, plus local support groups that meet. It's a larger world than you thought.
But you want things to improve, that is obvious. Do you work?
Go to school? You have to do something productive with your
time in order to feel better. You want to reach out to people
and be heard. You want to connect and communicate - all
that is possible, you just have to take the first steps, like you
did here. You can practice with us, talking and letting us get
to know the real you. Then you can try it with others in your life.

Remember, God IS on your side and you will see this through. You may want to spend all of your time in your room. I always want to do that too. But go outside. Actually getting up and going out the door is the hardest part. But once you're out there, even if you feel every bit as sad as you did when you were sitting there in your room...it's an improvement. Trust me.

You're a very young man. Don't know if that was your first love, but I
remember thinking I would never care as much about anyone... I was wrong. If they walk away, they weren't the right one, period.
There's a whole world to enjoy. You should make it your goal to
get on with your life. Every day will hurt a little less, and if you busy yourself with positive/constructive things, you will be feeling better in no time. Good luck.
