yes,i do this all the time. its a big problem i have,but its really sad,and i know what u mean by your partner usually enjoys it more. i do it to just be around someone for that amount of time. i am always a lone and am close to no one so the only time im able to be around anyone and distract my mind is,is when im having sex or at work. its not a good thing but i am unfortunately use to it,i feel like an object instead of a person

Not now because I am happily married. But when I was between marriages I was pretty randy. It helped some but was not the whole answer. Better than nothing though.

Sex without emotion is what animals do - it's dehumanizing, yet it seems to me (I could be wrong) that most males actually DESIRE sex without the emotionally connection. I know I've been guilty of that myself, so it's not just guys, but it is kind sad how low we'll sink at times.

I hear ya Carmel81 - I don't like to cuddle ( tho it's been offered once or twice) but I have gone for the online hook up with many guys, had them over to my apt sight unseen and had sex with them never to see them again. Most I was glad to never see again. A couple of them have shown up knocking at my door in the middle of the night - and I tell them "I don't even remember you - leave! Sexually a few have been giving lovers but most don't want to be considered lovers at all. They just want to give me one body part and that's it. Usually once a guy has had an orgasm he considers sex to be over with!!! It's been horrible.

I think all of my relationships have started this way.

I am sure that I have wanted to have sex with many many more people than I have sought to have sex with or succeeded to have sex with....
I kind of feel like I am pretty prudish in my nature....I don't treat women as if I want to get laid by them....I treat them with friendship....but some of those sparky relationships of quick sex have occurred in my life....so I can say that too...drugs and alcohol was involved in much of my sex life...since getting sober I really have only slept with two women....one became my now ex wife...the other I asked to marry me but really did not wish that really....I dunno why I bothered to ask...I think I just wanted contractual sex relations with her under married status...LOL

Gee wiz about being the man in your relations...I guess I am not a good lover...but I only was a pesky guy to one girl who jilted me as I wanted her back....(in reference to Heretic men coming knocking on door at night) I had a little more than a one night with her....so I guess I am saying I care about the women who allow me to be sexual with them....

I would just like to say that try to please the woman when in comes to sex. i have been married for 18 long years and have always tried to satisfy her needs. I am unfortunately in an unhappy marriage. Sex now is more about satisfying her then myself. You definitely need to find someone and get to know them first before committing to sex if you are looking for more then that. There are good guys out there, I'm sure. I like to think I am one of them, just wish I was able to offer my love to someone who I was in love with.
