Hey all, new user here. Recently seperated with partner of 25 yrs. Four kids together. Left day after Father's day. Been living in hotel since. I've had a hard time with not living with my kids and seeing them daily since the beginning, but it wasn't constant. Now it's constant and getting worse. I find myself crying constantly, like right now! I cry at work, in the car, at the store, everywhere. It's just so debilitating and I have absolutely no control over it. I work as many hours as I possibly can just to fill the time. If I'm not working I just drive and drive. One day I woke up and drove from MA to Maine and back. 500 miles! I dread going to the empty hotel room. I don't sleep. I honestly don't know what my state of mind is. Am I lonely, depressed, both. I've always been a really strong person but I'm not sure I can get through this one..

I get out at least once a day. I grocery shop and I attend 2 meetings...
