The best way forward for you is to seek professional help. You need to change how you perceive yourself and find out what medical problems you have. I'd bet my bottom dollar you suffer with depression but you need to see a doctor to find out.
Seeking help is the first step to change. Go see a doctor and follow their advice. Take the medication. You will be surprised how much of a difference it really makes as it balances out the chemicals in the brain.
Get counselling. Retraining yourself to think differently can change life but you cannot do it alone. You need help to do it.
No one in life is worthless. Not the guy who beats his wife, the drug addict who steals to get on, the paedophile who can't help themselves. They may do terrible crimes, terrible things but they have another side of them that is different and worth saving.
I find those sorts of people disgusting but I'd never harm them. I couldn't help them but I wouldn't stop them from living. They deserve help just as much as you do. You need it even more than they.
Seek professional help. Nothing anyone here could say that can make it better until you take that first step. You deserve to live too.
I've had the same psych for years now the first two attempts were a disaster but I walk in to this one in despair and come out feeling so much better.
Don't know your local situation but here if we can't afford to pay for a counsellor the local doctor can give us a health plan for 6 free sessions that the government pays for and it can be renewed as required. also church groups have free cousellors.
I also write my diary, say whatever I like and I think that helps when reading it over I can see what triggers my panics/negative thoughts . You are not alone in the things you think about yourself most people carry around a voice in their heads that says these things to them-argue back. Try humour if I can make myself laugh I know I've won that round. but talking about this to other people shows you're on the right track .
