I'm a lot like you and I really don't have a good answer for you but I do know that you shouldn't feel bad for how you are feeling.

Like foreveralone1 said, you shouldn't feel bad for feeling alone even when you aren't alone. I feel the same way at times and I never know why it is. I think these feelings of loneliness, when not actually alone, are from not having something that your mind wants/needs. It's almost like craving a specific food when you don't have it. I hope that makes sense to you. And once you find out what you're "craving," maybe these lonely feelings will go away. Or maybe just knowing what you are "craving" will help as well. you are not the only one that feels alone. I feel it too.
My cousin got married 2 months ago and a friend of ours took our family picture before the wedding, There is a space behind me, where no one is standing. and on either side of me is my sister and her boyfriend and my parents. for this reason I hate the picture. I can't even look at it.

It's not your fault for feeling this. I felt similar and seriously would not leave my room for the longest time. Turns out my brain just wasn't producing some of the chemicals needed to feel happy and balanced. When I saw a counselor and started taking medication, my brain became more stabalized. Maybe you should see a psychiatrist for medication related to your suffering or research it. Without the proper brain chemistry, it can be literally impossible to change. You can definately control your brain - as long as your brain isn't disfunctional. It's like how Diabetics need insulin shots. You might just need a certain chemicle that your brain is incapable of producing. Good luck and don't feel guilty for feeling this way! From what it looks like, you try really really hard! Good job and I'm rooting for you!!!

but when it comes to loneliness, I just want to share a testimony... When I personally thanked Jesus Christ for dying for me on the cross and asked him to save me and come into my life, I never felt all alone again. Before, when I would go to sleep, I'd cry and cry because I felt so alone. But that night when I decided I believed in Jesus and wanted to follow Him, I felt this little hole inside my heart get filled up, and as uncertain and unhappy I was, I felt at peace.

Joh 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

Joh 8:29 And he that sent me is with me: the Father hath not left me alone...

Joh 14:18 I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you.

Basically, Jesus died in order to wash away every single sin we've committed, EVERY bad thing we've done. Therefore, He died to make us perfect in God's eyes, and therefore we can go to heaven because there is nothing bad in us. This was the gift God gave us, that we should be saved just by believing in Jesus Christ.

So if you have found no other way, this might be your chance to get to know Jesus through prayer and reading the Bible. It's all your choice, because God gave us free will. But you could go ahead and give it a try: Ask Jesus Christ to save you. Ask Him to make you believe. If you mean it with all your heart, it will happen. Whether today, or in a few years, or on your deathbead, if you truly mean it, it WILL happen. Our God is a God of miracles and love. He will NEVER leave you alone. You were created just for Him, and you will always have a hole in your heart without Him. That's why He died for you, because He knew you needed Him, and now you can live with Him forever in heaven, and even on this earth through the Holdy Spirit. I will be praying for you to get better and remember: No one can love you more than God.

First, do NOT listen to the words Should or Shouldn't! Big mistake!

Feel what you feel, there's no use fighting it, you know... besides, you can't change it. Only what you do can you take charge of.

I find that when I try my best to accept who I am and especially what I feel. No feelings are wrong. We really burden ourselves by adding the trouble of trying to deny or change the way we feel..
