Frustrated like Hell

Tomorrow We have inspection for Our Apartments were My Mom & I live. One of the tenants did not want to report if there was anything wrong which there was. So now our landlord is going to come by and put New Air Filters in Our Air Conditioners each month while I already Know this. Well My ex came over to help Me change My Dinningroom around. All He could talk about was every month they were coming around & I thought He was talking about inspecting the apartments. No He was talking about The Filters. I tolk Him I did not want to Hear the Bullshit because I already Know that. I am so Dam Mad at Him. Has anybody every been that Frustrated ????? Sorry, If I make anybody Mad. Loneliness as Hell & Tired.

I would not want my landlord coming into my house every month at all...my house is my space...I keep it in as much disarray as I like and do not need some snoopy sob coming in telling me to clean this or that or even see my mess...haha sorry your boyfriend is a part of your problems tonight hugs bill

Something doesnt sound right. Air filters in air conditions only get replaced every couple years. The rest of the time (every 6 months) u just clean them yourself at the sink. It sounds like the landlord is wanting to inspect your apartment and using the excuse of checking the filters. If u r not keeping your apartment up to par, I would start doing that because u can be evicted due to uncleanliness.

It takes a lot for me to get mad. And I'm not one to let people get to me too much. Good luck with the inspection.

Thanks billwfriend & AndreaVic, We just had a 3 yr. inspection. We got a A+. I am not really Mad about The Landlord. But I am pissed about My Ex. He brings up things Over & Over again. I try not to be rude to Him because I am not like that but I pray He meets someone else very soon. Thanks for the Input.

    DS, I just have to say that if I did not love my friends here on DS I would be gone in a heart beat!  I am at my wits end of losing posts!  It seems like the Gateway thing seems to be a you problem.  How can we fix it?  I always make sure that I am online and signed in before I hit send.Welcoming any suggestions other than the ones that I recieved before.
