I really REALLY wanted to talk with someone about this.
I'm now a sophomore in high school. Since I've started, I've realized I'm friendless.
So here is a little story that actually happened this year.
So, when I was about to begin freshman year, I met this girl online, which would later be my best friend. My friend from middle school introduced us. Since then we've always talked together. Confide our secrets together. This summer, she told me she got a boyfriend. I was REALLY REALLY happy for her. But then I started to notice that we've been texting each other less than usual. I didn't mind. When school started We stopped texting each other. That's when I became friendless. My only friend gone. Now, every time I'm sad, can't really tell anybody. :/ I really miss her. But I hope she is doing well. :)
*side note: sitting in lunch alone, isn't actually very very nice :/

I was recently separated from my wife of 33 years and it's complicated. Anyway I rented a room about 15 minutes away and I see my kids about once a week. I see the people who own the house I live in once in a while but other than that I stay in my room where I do my cooking, wash dishes in the shower, read, color, and sleep. I get out at least once a day. I grocery shop and I attend 2 meetings...

Just keep shining your light of love and you will be like a magnate and attract others to you. They will want to know what makes your have such a bright happy smile all the time! :)
Hugs my friend. It will all work out!
God Bless
You are so brave and kind to wish your friend well even though she has let you down. I admire your kindness and good nature. Those good qualities are what make you a great friend, and in time other people will appreciate you. I know it's hard right now, but keep hanging in there. Take a look around the lunch area. Do you see anyone else sitting alone? If you do maybe sit by them. If not, you can always read or listen to music.
I know it seems like everyone in high school is having a great time, but so many people are struggling. If you continue to feel sad, please talk to the school counselor. You are worthy of support. You can also text the word HELLO to 741741 to speak with a crisis counselor 24/7 at Crisis Text Line.
Wishing you peace <3
I came from a rural area then went to a big city for college. On the first few days of school, I felt sad because I didn’t have friends. I used to be an introvert so it’s difficult for me to initiate conversation with others. I tried to smile and say hello to anyone and eventually I gain friends.
Don’t give up. I pray that you will have friends and will have a great time in school.
Please keep us posted. God bless.
