'Like' is such a fussy emotion. It chooses upon whom it will fall. Maybe she 'likes' men who are socially strong - as Bill says, ask her for a date.
If she does not want to go out on a date with you, remember this: 'next'.
I have found that I could never get a woman to like me - she either or she didn't.

Not trying to be mean but when you talk about your jealousy you sound like a stalker and if you were in a relationship with her and showed your jealousy she would probably drop you like a bad habit.

Next you can't make her be your girl friend or anything else for that matter because either likes you or she don't and she might only ever like you as friend and nothing more. The only way to know is to play it cool and ask her out and if she says no then it's time to move on. Good luck!

ha ha forever alone, I was thinking the same thing...that you are coming off as a stalker. So basically you have no interaction with her besides hi and bye during one class per day yet you said in your comment that you, "wanted to take this relationship further". But you aren't IN a relationship with her. She is a passing acquaintance at best. And it is worrisome that you are getting so jealous about a girl you don't even know at all. Right now you are just obsessed with her. You don't actually like or love her because you don't KNOW her at all. You might find after getting to know her that you don't like much at all afterall. You have built a fantasy in your head of what you "think" she's like or what you "hope and wish" she's like. But this is not reality. She can talk to whatever guy she wants to. From her perspective, YOU are just a random dude in a random class whom she barely knows that says hi to her sometimes. She owes you nothing yet you act like you guy are already married. You need to chill out on the obsessive stalker behavior.

What I would think about is, not getting involved with any girl until u get help and get a real grip on your jealousy problem. Since your jealousy problem is that bad, chances r, she has "already" picked up on it, at least thru your body language. Jealousy problems in a man is very very easy to detect, pretty quickly. Women who r social butterflies are real in tune with which guys will eventually demand for them to "end" their friendships, and which guys wouldnt give it a second thought for her to continue to have her friends, wheather her friends are guys or girls or both. At least to save your reputation and your heartach from her breaking up with u, I would definately wait until u r really ready for a good healthy relationship wheather if it's with this girl or a different one.

...the other thing to is I would start to pay attention to: "Is she just as happy around u as she is when she is around her other friends"? If so, that means, u r not seeing that she is "just' happy just around u, she is happy around anyone". Which is a sign of a strong healthy minded female. And that is always a good thing. The other thing is: you can not get a girl to like u. Either a girl likes u and has that natural chemistry with u or she doesnt. U can not "make" someone be attracted to u.
The most important thing is, because your jealousy is so sever, that it immediately goes into "fatal attraction" like it does, it might take u a long time in therapy to get past why u r the way u r with it. Be prepared though because some guys never get past being a "fatal attraction jealousy person" and they end up living the rest of their life alone because women just wont put up with any of that stuff. Especially these days, us women got better things to do, and we like staying happy and social with our friends even at the extent of having a boyfriend or not.
