Hi everyone.I hope everyone is doing well.I am doing much better sense my medication got back into my system.I am calmer and the anger has gone away.I did not know that I have forgotten to take one of my anti depressants for a week.The bottle had fallen under my chair and when I set my pills up for the week I did not realize the pill was missing.I finally found the bottle of pills under the chair and then it hit me why I was so moody and angry over everything.I know the medication wasnt all of it.The job I had been working at had me so stressed out.I loved the job of helping people who were mentally and physically challanged but taking care of three by myself was to much for me with my own issues I have.I realized I had to give up the job and it hurt me leaving my clents but I felt it was for the best.I am more relaxed and taking more time to enjoy simple things.I went and stayed with family for a night and that was a big step for me to do.I am the type who doesnt like staying over night any where.But I went had a great time with the kids took and blew bubbles and laughed.Itt was great.Just got back home tonight.Im pretty sleepy.So going to go for now.I hope I am able to continue make myself interact with family and others outside my home.Take care.Best wishes,Wolf
