I have made some revelations as of late. I have decided to distance myself from those who want to or just naturally cause mayhem in my life. I have decided to distance myself from all my own negative thoughts and replace them with a positive like exercising to the point of exhaustion or doing chores around the house. I feel like this is the best way. I will not even post about the negative here anymore because many of you know that a lot of my posts are over the same things. My mind recycles the depressing events that have happened and it's like they happen all over again. No more. I have learned that if I try to help others in this world, I feel proud of myself. I aspire to be humble and help those who I feel need help. Those who are going through similar circumstances that I have been through because I actually know how to help them. I will help others and expect nothing. I have found a peace in this. I actually made some caring friends in doing this but that's not why I dp it. I do it for the peace I get inside. Some might even say that I am helping others just to get that feeling of peace I get. So what if I am. If good was done and all I got was a feeling of peace in my heart then I am going to continue. This is where I am at. I will probably post this in my journal. That's what I should of done in the first place.
