Feeling alone cause my cat sick, feeling depressed cause my cat sick, too poor to spend another $200 on tests for my sick cat (considering his old age, and tests in March)
Hate being 4ver on computer, but no tv, no car, no friends, no relatives, no money, nowhere to go.
And I've certainly read enough of why there is no god; does feel good at least to add that. My life on earth has been my hell, and when I'm gone it wont matter even as much as when my cat will eventually be gone.

my 19 yr old (150 people yrs?) cat has bounced back, thankfully, for the one millionth time, with me again able to laugh at his fighting my trying to help him; "you're such a pain in the --"
if i could get him 20 miles away, for whatever cat/mri? scan that his mom cat went thru in 2004, which revealed cancer, then at least i would know what i'm dealing with. Right now, "just" might be old age. The vet told me to give him baby food!
I will contact whatever group to see if i can get some $ towards some $250? scan, as selfish as that is for ME.

just in from white trash me pushing a cart from nearby dollar store, with their usual saturday special, including cat litter.
woman in line in back of me---25 year old cat! it's gone, but her cat lived to 25!
so, at least today, willing to put up with occasional cat vomit, as long as my cat around awhile.
last night hell, this morning bit of heaven, of all hypocritical things for me
(1) cancer (they ruled that out with the other blood work);
(2) parasites (they rules that out)
(3) intestionial inflammation--that's what they came up with.
They changed his food to a kibble that was a prescription, and is hypoallergenic, hydrolyzed protein. The cat wouldn't eat at all. I gave him some of his old canned food and he wouldn't eat. This was bad and I had to get him to eat or he was back to the vet. His vet bill already put me in debt so I wanted to get him to eat to avoid taking him back and them having to probably put a tube in and feed him that way.
So I tried my old "soupy food" trick. I put his old canned food in a bowl, put water in it and stir it around so it is like soup, then put it in the microwave. I microwave it until it is nice and warm. I have to put my finger in and stir it around to make sure it is not too warm. If it becomes too warm, stir an ice cube in it to cool it to what you want. My cat was eagerly slurping down the soupy food because he can't resist it even when he isn't feeling well.
If you don't have a microwave, then cook it on the stove top at low temperature and keep checking temperature because it will warm fast.
By doing this, it warms the food juices and starts to distribute them through the water and it makes the aroma of the food stronger so a cat that may have a stuffed nose or not much of an appetite, might just go for this. PLUS, the best part is that it gets fluids into them and gets them hydrated--the vet strongly approves of my soupy food and my cat goes for it every time. It can help a sick cat to eat.
Just keep it in mind if your cat stops eating. Hugs to the cats.
thankfully, my cat eats enough---so much so that i was worried about his thyroid in march; that turned out ok.
i take away the kibble at night; other cat too fat, and old one with bad stomach.
my old cat did start throwing up after fleas, and bleach to clean kitchen floor, 2 years ago, when i first took him to vet for this.
with the mom cat, from two vets, blood work was unable to detect cancer; had to do a scan.
as long as my cat eats, and doesnt throw up every day, with no litterbox troubles, i'm just going to try and try not to think about it; 19, and hopefully 20, are good ages for a cat, and i have to start thinking of that, somehow.
