and i thought the same thing that i was going to marry this girl, we were so great together. but then things happened and it ended. but im glad i found out things now rather than later after we were married. it was for the best. she didnt deserve a guy like me that treated her so well and did everything for her. and put up with all her stuff and get along with her family ect. she wont find another guy that will treat her the way i did and she knows she F'd up
ive been single now for almost 2 years and it seems like ill never find another girl. but its one of those right place right time things, it just happens. i hope it does one day. but i also have a feeling it has to do with the area i live in. girls here are stuck up, shallow, high maintenance and just want hot guys and dont care they treat them like crap.
problem is thats not me and i respect women and know how to treat them
@derek - I am sorry you live in an area where you are not appreciated! I can imagine what it is like there, I went to the East Coast once and felt shunned, out of place, it felt very cold to me, but I'm a tomboyish girl who knows nothing and cares nothing about clothes, makeup, fashion, or material things. I want experiences and fun and have never connected with other girls on that level of shopping and superficial stuff. There has to be someone out there who will have the same attitude and be thankful!
Unfortunately for me things stay the same which make things worse. *laughs*
Over the past year, I fell in love with a guy who was facing major personal difficulties, and it didn't work out to say the least. I met him right around this time last year, so it's been rough. I can relate to missing someone and feeling lonely. I'd give so much to have had things work out, but some things are beyond my control.
Anyways, I hope you feel better soon. Once the pain of this breakup is over with, there will most likely be relief. 7 months is a long time for turmoil. You'll be happier in the long run, and there will be someone else who you get along with better.
